I'm not going to work to PROVE anything to you. Or anyone. These are my opinions and experiences. I don't post to debate. There is an area for debates and I'm sure you know that, if I loved to debate so much I'd hang out there all the time.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, that is correct. And for me, it's working on prevention vs taking heart drugs etc down the road if heart issues happen.
Talking to my friend last night who ended up with afib, and she and I both believe it's due to NOT taking enough magnesium in her life and maybe even from taking ibuprofen too long...she'd love to be off the drugs as she is now thinking some of the drugs are causing other pains in her body. New pains since the drugs.
