Hi again folks. Been avoiding you out of guilt, but I signed up for weight watchers last week. Of course I was working so I stopped in, got my packet, weighed in (OMG! I had no idea how bad it had gotten) and ran back to my unit. Now I am reading about this point system. I refuse to buy all these little unappetizing snack foods! Anyone tried any? Tell me which ones are good and which are better left on the shelf!

hey missmouse
we have missed you

I actually bought the WW chocolate ice cream bars covered with the crunchies 2 points each and quite tasty !!!!!!

my sister swears by their point system

with my aversion to veggies and "selective" eating habits I would never be able to do the program I would either get kicked out or starve

Funny!
I never like any of the breakfast or granola bars...they all have a weird "preservative " taste or something. I don't know how to describe it. Ice cream bars...that's another strory! Well tomorrow is "eat a green vegetable day" at work. I will eat something green for you and you can eat an energy bar for me.

missmouse this is a guilt-free zone here no worries. I'm not familiar with the new weight watchers. When I did it I did it on my own and just made sure I didn't go over my points with whatever I ate. I'll see if I can get some tips from someone that was in the program, I believe NCN is counting also. Good luck and please stop back and let us know how your doing.
