Good morning!

I got up with skinny feet, so decided to weigh anyway. Still the same, so I guess all that exercise worked. Too bad I ate too much. I probably would have lost if I hadn't. Spring into action day. Today and tomorrow and then I will be on the road for two days picking up my granddaughter.

Coffee and milk
peanut bar
banana

Sounds like a broken record.

well we went to The Outback and I had a salad, salmon and chicken, couple bits of garlic potatoes, some pumpernickel bread, 1 vodka and cranberry, then Sponge Bob ice cream cake for dessert.

I did a nutrition chart one day and this breakfast was more balanced than I would have thought. The peanut bar is just like candy. I call it my monkey breakfast--peanuts and bananas!

Karla, I will be traveling 6 1/2 hours North. I haven't decided which route to take yet. Sometimes the 6 1/2 hours takes me 8 hours. I doddle when I travel. This is a beautiful drive up through the Virginia countryside, so I plan a little mental R & R while I am traveling.

walnuts
cherry vanilla ice cream--Thank goodness we finished this off.
beanee weenie
crackers--wheat and butter
2 garlic cheese biscuits
green beans with onions and tomatoes--yum, yum!
2 or three coffees and milk

Well I don't believe it! I didn't gain weight this week, I actually lost a couple pounds. I was too busy to eat much at work so I am home now enjoying a little wine (not whine) with all of you.
I forgot about the beanee weenie you all rave about. You explained it to me once...I was going to look for it in the grocery store.
Jeannie, I ate at Outback yesterday too...had some Bloomin Onion which is part of the reason I was whining yesterday. But all is forgiven today!
Happy spring.
