Good morning! I got the day correct this time, right jammer? So, this cold of mine has really settled in this morning and I see another day of doing...nothing. Going to drink my lemon water and take it easy, maybe some laundry and thats it. So what are everyone's plans for today? Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/6a00d8341c2d2753ef00e550df502988-1.gif (broken link)have a great day everyone! Jeannie

Hope you feel better Jeannie!!

One diet coke already - got my oldest off to school - and I'm making a cup of tea now.

Will watch my friend's daughter who is on spring break this week - she's in first grade. My kindergartener will be happy when he sees her at the bus stop this afternoon. Am not telling him - I'm going to surprise him at the bus stop. He really likes her a lot!!

My goal today - just get the house in order. I feel like the house has taken over. I need to get in control - TODAY!!!

Good morning, everyone!
I had a busy day yesterday and did not get to the computer. By the time the computer room was empty, I was in bed. Dh had a conference call about the time we got out of bed yesterday morning.

Sweet little thing and I went shopping for a formal dress and found one. When I saw what she was taking into the dressing room my thoughts were--that is not going to work. My granddaughter looks beautiful in black??

Then we went swimming and to the grocery store. And we bought ice cream. She doesn't visit often. Then we ate ice cream. This morning I am going to make the turkey sausage we also got at the grocery store. I may or may not eat it. We will be swimming until we get hungry again. We will probably have a nap this afternoon or I will have a nap while she watches Top Model. My granddaughter loves reality TV. Yuck!

So far I have had coffee and milk and a banana.

Jeannie, I am so sorry you are under the weather. I saw sugar in the raw yesterday at the grocery store. I was about to ask you what it is. We just use the white stuff.

Jeannie, my granddaughter learned what hump day was yesterday. Evidently my daughter is having a rough week and made some comment about being glad that Wednesday is hump day. She is probably missing sweet little thing. She is a joy to have around. She got really happy when we found her dress yesterday and started cracking jokes. It has been a long time since I have laughed so much. We were like buddies.

National Etiquette and Cotillion Association - Cotillion Academy--This is why she needs the dress. I hope we got the appropriate one for her.

yes NCN, we missed you yesterday. I'm so glad your having this time with your little one, so important, sounds like your getting quite a bit of exercise too. That program? Wow, that sounds wonderful. What a great idea, and I'm sure the dress will be perfect!

Jeannie, my daughter keeps saying she is not going to let her be in the program next year, but this is the end of her second year. It is really reasonable and she is learning so much, although my daughter says it is not doing any good. I guess it is all right to be a normal child as long as you know the correct way to behave. On the right day, she eats like a lumberjack! Maybe that is just being well rounded. She looked so pretty in that long black dress. It almost took my breath away. Time to go!

Good morning, I think I want to post this here this morning
had an interesting experience last night... I hope I don't turn off you guys
About half a year ago, around october,I went to a Realtor Convention, there were many vendors that had specials and such, This Spa was giving out their promotion, and I bought a special for 4 different sessions for a discounted price. The special expires in 6 months which is April. So I already did a scalp massage.
This time was a foot massage,I though ok, a foot massage. So when I got there, this guy sat me down in front of this Detox Foot Spa. The guy gave me the brochure this pictures is in Home*~ AquaDetoxUSA.com (704) 662-9239 So I put my feet there for 30 min. right around 10 min, I saw all this orange huey water coming out! yuck! and became more and more orangy He said it was because I have bone problems, which I do,I have problems with my knees, and have damaged cartalege. But the good news was that there was no oil coming out, yuck! can you imagine all the grease and oil in the water!! He said it was excellent, which I do eat healthy.
The foot spa contains water, saline solutions and electro magnetic device called an array.
So,how do I feel right now? I don't know, but it sures is weird stuff
Have you guys ever heard of such a thing? it sure is weird!

So I am a healthy eater,I am going to keep on eating the same thing...
soymillk,blueberries oat bran.
