Good morning! So, after a bit of an eating slump for me, I seem to be back on track. I notice a pattern though, I seem to do well all day, and then at night I want to over do it. I am going to follow through with that treat yourself one day a week. I think it helps all of us if we have that one day a week to look forward to. Not sure when its going to be though. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/morningtea.gif (broken link)...have a great day everyone! http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/Wednesday-6.gif (broken link) Jeannie

yes, that makes sense. No time for eating, but for some reason, I always find some time.

I have you topped. Last night I was laying on the couch and I told my 15 year old son to bring me a glass of wine and a cookie. My Weight Watchers Mother of the Year Medal is in the mail!

Last night coming home,my neighbor noticed my flat tire, nice of him to change the spare tire and all that, and it was his spare tire,I did not have one, can't remember why,so I need to change the tire back to him and get tires, everything is expensive these days, what a bummer.

Good evening ladies.

Advertisements are running right now, so I can take a break from Desperate Housewifes for a second.

No breakfast for me today.
Lunch was potatoes with meatballs in cream sauce which even DS found very delicious.

Snack was a small piece of cake.

For dinner I had a very nice kinda sandwich.
Two slices of bread with a very little bit of butter. On one of the slices went a slice of turkey breast and over all two slices a slice of cheese. Then two fried eggs and it was yummie.

Nothing more today for me only a bit of water with apple taste.

Good nite!
