Well, it feels so good to have one acceptable diet day behind me. I had been "goofing off" and the weight was going in the wrong direction. So back to the basics.
Breakfast: fruit
starch--oatmeal or granola bar or yogurt
Milk and coffee
Lunch: 1 starch
3 oz meat--must be very lean
3 cups salad with 2 T. dressing or 1 cup cooked vegetables
Milk and coffee
Afternoon snack: fruit
Dinner: 1 starch
4 oz meat--very lean
1 cup cooked vegetables or a salad
Milk and coffee
Jeannie is taking a break. I think she is just very busy or she may have gone on vacation. If you read back to her last posts, she asked me to keep the thread going. I believe she said she will be back Friday. Good to have you back. It has been a slow food journal week, but we have had lots of viewers. Maybe people are just looking for Jeannie.
