Hello ladies!

Just had dinner and wanted to check in with you.

No breakfast today but a sip of chocolate milk.
Pasta with Bolognese sauce for lunch
dinner was some fried rosemary potatoes, a grilled mini cheese and some veggie salad which DH prepared.

Off to watch some TV and relax a bit. It's Germany's next topmodel night.

Take care
Diana

Izzy, I hope it is just jet lag. I am tired from a trip into Charlotte for an appointment. We also ate out--Olive Garden--and went to AAA to get our traveling books and Triptik. We are going to Branson for four days and I like to get the AAA books to tell us where the good places are to eat. They list even small towns in their books. I had googled, msn'd and yahooed the trip and AAA gave us a totally different route from the other suggestions. I usually take the AAA suggestions, because they keep up to date with the weather and road construction information.

Soup and salad with bread rolls for lunch and of course coffee and cream.
peanut bar and coffee and milk just now.

The pictures came from Jeannie's former posts.

News flash: I just learned the secret of losing weight. A friend of ours just came back from a three week trip to Mexico. He was down there teaching the workers down there how to do dh's job. In three weeks he lost 23 pounds. It is a little hard to order food if you don't speak the language.

My dh may be retired for good soon. We are prepared for that if it happens.

lol NCN. I don't have to go as far as Mexico. The Czech Republic, about 4 hours away might do the job...
