Good morning! Its really hard to believe we're approaching the end of June already! My favorite time of the year is just flying by. Hope everyone is enjoying the warmer months so far. Today, an upper body work-out, a little laundry and straightening up a bit. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk......Happy Wednesday! Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie.

OMG, I think I'm getting Altzheimer... Yesterday I told you I had rosemary potatoes and chicken breast for dinner - what a lier (sp.?) I am. I prepared it to take it to work today and had a bun with cream cheese for dinner. My brain can definitely be compared to a sieve these days.

Nothing special planned for the day. A short walk with DS this afternoon then some grocery shopping.

W/w bun with cream cheese, cheese and cucumber (9:30)
flaky pastry (9:45)
here they are - rosemary potatoes and chicken breast (1 p.m.)
Ice cream (1:30)

Eating less in the evening already helped and I lost a lbs. Will try that again today.

See you!

I am feeling much better today. My mouth was one-sided most of the evening.
Coffee and milk
2 strawberry eggos
13 black cherries--I will be buying bananas today. They really go fast around here.

NCN, good to hear you're better.

I forgot my dentist appointment in April and should go sometime soon but I just hate dentists so I'm pushing it away from me as far as I can...

NCN, the last time I had work done at the dentist we went out for pizza following my appointment. Needless to say because I was numb, I chewed up my tongue so bad I thought I needed stitches. Not too smart, I know.

The dentist cautioned me about doing the chew thing. I asked her how soon I could eat normal food. She told me that the type filling I was getting (white) was just about as hard as it would ever be as soon as it was filled. I am also to be thinking about a root canal on that tooth. It turned into more of a filling than the X-ray indicated. I have a favorite dentist that loves to do root canals. The place I go to has several dentists. I don't ask for a specific one unless I am getting a root canal.

I went shopping today and lost all thought as to what I could or should eat. Bought two pairs of shorts; one red and the other blue. We are going to a family cookout this coming Saturday. Sorry if I have told you this before. I was looking for desserts at Sam's today, because our food contribution is dessert for the whole gang.

NCN, the food contribution sounds like fun. Did you find interesting desserts?

Oh it was such a bad eating evening for me.
When DS was in bed I had a Nectarine and a piece of strawberry tarte (6:00)
And when DH came home and had his dinner at 8:00 I had a slice of w/w bread with cream cheese AND some chocolate...
