Good morning everyone! Running at the gym day today . Last night for dinner we had pizza. Wife was feeling sick, and although I normally cook, hadn't planned for it last night, and nothing was thawed. So I took the easy out.

Breakfast today: 2 breakfast taquitos, 1/2 can of Coke. Vitamins.

Lunch will be leftovers (don't know yet which), grapes, granola bar, and the other 1/2 of the Coke I didn't drink.

Good morning everybody.
Getting ready to go to range of motion class. Every bone in my body seemed to hurt after the water aerobics yesterday. Think I overdid it. I had to push the massage button on the bed twice and still had trouble getting to sleep.

start off with coffee and milk and calcium pill
2 strawberry eggos
small banana

Now you know what it is like being a politician. No wonder they mess up. They have to eat those dinners all the time. Sounds like it was warmed up in a microwave. Microwave makes chicken awful.

Hamburger bun with about a 2 oz. 93% patty of ground beef
some bites of sliced ham while the burger was frying--I was so hungry.
Slice of tomato and onion
2 really big slices cantalope
vitamin

Yes, who could resist that? Some things are more important than staying thin. But it is my turn for a question. What is a zeppolis.

NCN, zeppolis are along the lines of a funnel cake. Definately not the healthiest but so good...

You are going to think this is funny, but I don't know what a funnel cake is either. I saw the recipe and had looked them up earlier. When my daughter lived at Mineral, VA, there was a doughnut shop in town that had a confection called a Mineral. You were only allowed one Mineral with a dozen doughnuts. It had cream in the center and was long and had vanilla icing and coconut on top. Is this near what you ate. I would always buy the doughnuts and tell everybody, "I went to get them, so the Mineral is mine."
I think I am still a little confused because of all the eggs and cheese??? Is the filling, flavored cheese?

My mother was a bit of a health nut, so we got a lot of peach, blackberry and apple pies, fruit cake that is really a spiced applesauce cake, banana pudding, and every once in a while she would make a yellow cake with boiled chocolate icing. We had molasses and honey (Dad had 24 bee hives.) and grape, peach, and apple jelly and not much else in the way of sweets. You could probably introduce me to a lot of wonderful store bought sweets. Since I am always having to watch what I eat, I have just never explored past Krispy Kreme. I don't think Krispy Kreme has anything like that, but I could be wrong.
