Morning all... I have to run to the server room this morning for some troubleshooting, so I thought I'd start this so I can get over there. Hope you all are doing well... and if I get tied up and can't get back on today have a safe and wonderful July 4th weekend.

6:45 - 2 cinnamon pop tarts, 1/2 Coke, vitamins

Lunch will probably be left over pasta (from last night)

Good morning Lacey and Steve. Green tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk at the moment. Going to do a Taebo cardio work-out this morning and then some weeding in the garden. Have a great day!

Izzy, some days you make me want to dust off the old broker's license and go to work. Then I think about how hard it would be. Have fun! You deserve the fun. I can tell you work hard. We just got an Olive Garden gift card from our credit card company and it is burning a hole in my pocket. Can't wait to use that.

Haven't heard from MM today. Hope all is well with her. Lunch was blown today. The wife of one of the military guys I work with baked some penne pasta and had meatballs in a crockpot. Meatballs were good.... like sweet & sour and barbeque mixed together.

10:30 Granola bar
12:00 Pasta & meatballs (but a reasonable serving!!)

I'm really feeling like a new person!!!

I have had those meatballs and they are absolutely sinful. I ate so many! We were having one of those door to door Christmas parties. I asked how to fix them and it is very simple. Already prepared meatballs from Sam's and a gourmet sauce and cook! Can't get much easier than that. Yours may have been something more complicated, but the ones I ate were the best meatballs I have ever had and now I know how to fix them.

Lunch: coffee and milk
15 baby carrots
Mesquite chicken breast
cantalope
16 oz. grape flavored grape2/O

I am in my bathing suit ready to go to water aerobics with Mr. VA.

Yes, I miss Miguel's Mom and I may have hurt her feelings yesterday. I didn't mean to, but sometimes I say things out of jest and get taken seriously. Maybe I should quit joking around. Or at least watch what I say. I love Miguel's Mom. She is so young and lively. Maybe she will forgive me and maybe Jeannie will too. I guess food can get personal sometimes.
