Mr. VA found the floor. Everything is all over the living room. I have washed the matress cover for the bed and we are waiting for it to dry so we can put the bed back in place and start the repositioning of all the instructional books he keeps in here. He could start a computer hardware library. I am sure we have instructional books that are no longer published. When he retires, maybe we can sell them on e-bay to people who buy computers in yard sales.

Lacey is such an inspiration. I keep saying, if she can do it, I can too. And we all can. Keep up the good work. I don't think we are hopeless; we just need to get cracking. And I did at lunch.

NCN you give me too much credit. I had let myself go due to this move and I've decided to take back my life-just hope I stick with it. I have this great love of food-LOL.

Afternoon snack: 1.75 oz chex mix and coffee and milk. Lunch didn't last long.
Love your ski icon. Pretty soon you will be spliting your time between the mountains (October) and the beach (anytime). November is a good time to visit the Asheboro Zoo. The zoo with happy animals. They can choose to hide from you there. Some of them get to be real "hams." My favorite is the bird house.

Jeannie, I tried to copy and paste and just goofed up. Just search for the NC Zoo and it is at 4401 Zoo Parkway, Asheboro, NC. I did a directions map from Raleigh, but it was sending you on main roads and I think you can get there from Johnston County on North Carolina 15 or 64. I am sure you can figure it out. Our children liked to go when the leaves changed in this area. We would take a picnic lunch and pretend that we were going on Safari through the jungle, etc. This zoo changes every year, so the website would be your best guide. Our children were just about the ages of your children when this zoo opened. It is not even the same place anymore. We would go to church and then go on Sunday afternoon.

coffee and milk
turkey polish sausages cooked in cabbage
hushpuppies
