Good morning all you good people.

I'm taking the liberty of starting the thread today. Of course, I did get the okay from Jeannie.

Funny but the more I think about cutting back on food the more consumed and hungry I seem to get.
Had a few snacks watching TV last night and I am ashammed to say but I refuse to beat myself over the head for much longer.
I'm picking me up and doing the best I can do today along with a little excercis.
Will probably start off with a yogart and oatmeal
I know we are having pepper steak for din din.

The sun is shining and I have the "I can feeling" which I would like to share with my pals!!!

Have a great day!!!!!!!!

Yummmmmmmmm and thanks for the pancakes. These are the kind I can indulge in. "a picture" of delicous pancakes.

Just got back from the gym. I have been so lazy and unmotivated after my cruise the end of Sept.
Now it is time to take the bull by the horns.
Had a great work out.
Now for lunch.
Omlette (egg beaters), swiss cheese and 2 strips of turkey bacon for lunch.

I plan to munch on an apple, carrot sticks and celery sticks before dinner.

Thanks for checking in villiage. Always good to see you

Where is everyone else????

Come on gang.......

Elston.......
and I forget who else but come on and share with us how you are doing today on beautiful sunday!!!

Hey good to see you visiting Elston. Kind words are always in order for kind people

Had a pretty good dinner. Pepper steak was mostly peppers and onions with some stir fry beef thrown in. I really dont' think it was that a bad calorie wise.
I used the low soy sauce. Helps I suppose.

Couscous yummy and assorted baby beans with carrots. The beans were green and yellow. Nice combo

Now to get through the night without snacking. I do have raw veggies handy in case.

Night all.....
