Good morning! Yep, when I saw it was a chilly 28 degrees here in NC today, I decided its time to count the days until Spring. 65 days I believe. Mid week already and the days are flying by this week. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Wednesday everyone! Jeannie

Good morning all.

Judi, I've been seeing all the cold weather. Are you near International Falls? Seems that they are getting the worst of it because of being so far north in Minnesota!!

Last night I had a thin fettucini and shrimp scampi (the frozen kind, not fresh ). Today for lunch I'm going to a local market that has sushi and spring rolls and getting a package of fresh spring rolls for lunch. Tonight I will be making beef stroganoff from scratch as usual (except for the noodles, of course!).

I hope y'all have a great day. Workload at the gym is expected to increase today. I'm going to try to add 2-3 more weight machines and 15 mins to my run (jog! ).

Good morning all,

Good job on the workout Steve. I will be jogging and marching in place today for 40 minutes and adding some sit ups and push ups. Little by little. My hubby wants to go and work on our clogged driveway culvert so that means shoveling. Yuk.

I had my Fiber One with strawberries. I'll have scrambled eggs later and then veggie soup for lunch. Dinner is leftover chicken cacciatore minus the pasta. I'm trying to do mini meals. It keeps me from getting hungry.

Hey buddies!

If Jeannie is already counting the days until spring begins, we need to have some flowers, don't you think???

Wow, Jeannie, how do you do this? I can't go through a complete Billy Blanks DVD. It's way to hard for me and I believe I'm quite fit... My problem are the arm exercises, I just don't have any muscles in my thin arms.

Steve, your cooking sounds wonderful. I love stroganoff dishes, but usually take pork instead of beef for it.

Lisa, 40 mins is really good. You're pretty tough starting with such high demand!

Judi, I found a pic just for you. Please keep warm and try not to freeze any bodyparts off!

Today I had a short workday (only 4 hours). So when I got back I relaxed a little. After picking DS up we went swimming with him. We had a lot of fun and afterwards he was game over from the water slide. It's 7 p.m. and he's already in sleepy-wonder-land.
My ironing board and a basket full of clothes is waiting. Now you know what my evening occumpation is!

Breakfast (9:30) chocolate pudding with a spoon ful whipped cream
Lunch (12:30) maccaroni with goulash
Snack: chocolate croissant
Dinner (5:30) two slices of bread with cream cheese, 4 chicken nuggets

Have a great evening all!
