Wow, Jeannie, how do you do this? I can't go through a complete Billy Blanks DVD. It's way to hard for me and I believe I'm quite fit... My problem are the arm exercises, I just don't have any muscles in my thin arms.

Steve, your cooking sounds wonderful. I love stroganoff dishes, but usually take pork instead of beef for it.

Lisa, 40 mins is really good. You're pretty tough starting with such high demand!

Judi, I found a pic just for you. Please keep warm and try not to freeze any bodyparts off!

Today I had a short workday (only 4 hours). So when I got back I relaxed a little. After picking DS up we went swimming with him. We had a lot of fun and afterwards he was game over from the water slide. It's 7 p.m. and he's already in sleepy-wonder-land.
My ironing board and a basket full of clothes is waiting. Now you know what my evening occumpation is!

Breakfast (9:30) chocolate pudding with a spoon ful whipped cream
Lunch (12:30) maccaroni with goulash
Snack: chocolate croissant
Dinner (5:30) two slices of bread with cream cheese, 4 chicken nuggets

Have a great evening all!
Very cute pics Diana! Yes, a bit of Spring fever, I guess.

snack...

vanilla yogurt with flaxseed, acai and Grapenuts

jeannie- I tried Billy Banks about 5 years ago. Great stuff. It would kill me now. You are doing awesome.

Any exercise is better than no exercise.

Diana- I love your pics. Very cute. That is great that you go swimming with your son. I am the opposite of you. I have really strong arms. My husband and I just built our own house together so I got a great workout until the bad weather hit. Now I feel like a slug. I can't even walk up our driveway anymore. It's way too steep.

Judi- Thanks. I am trying. I figure if I post it I have to do it. I am doing my jog/march/knee ups and kicks right before dinner. The benefit- I slept great last night.

I am having lunch and I changed th plan. I have a bowl of cantaloupe with 2 slices of deli ham chopped up. I love the sweet and salty combo.

I agree Lisa. It helps me also to post what I eat and when I exercise. If I mess up, I feel a bit guilty and that snaps me back on track again.

for whatever reason, the yogurt didn't cut it and my stomachs rumbling. Heated up about a cup of leftover brown pasta with a small amount of red sauce. Hopefully that will hold me till dinner.

That happens sometimes. Try a cup of hot tea and a couple of almonds or walnuts. I hope the pasta works. It should.

I keep lowfat wheat crackers and V-8 for that reason. Usually one cracker and a 6oz can help.

Say-no NCN today!

Hi all,

I did 45 minutes of jogging, marching, side steps, and dancing. My calves are killing me. I will be fine in 2 more days.

Dinner was leftover chicken cacciatore and barley. Very filling.

Night all.

Default not a good finish

Wasn't a good finish today. Guess I'll just have to try harder tomorrow. Night all.
