Good morning! I love this time of the day when every is asleep and I have a little time to myself. I'm going to try and have a good food weekend and then another weigh in on Monday. Maybe my work-outs will help. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Saturday everyone! Jeannie

Good morning. Good morning.

It is a rainy and windy morning here. Not much going on today. Have to call to make an appt. for the jeep. We have "no park".

Cereal and fruit for breakfast.

jeannie- You'll have a good weigh in on Monday. I've chickened out and I am not getting back on the scale for another week.

Judi- Try and stay warm. You need a big pot of soup to keep you nice and toasty.
