Thanks for starting the thread
I'm sorry you are feeling yucky
yeah the gym is probably not a good place to be if your tummy is upset
that will be quite the upper body workout you have planned for tonight
I'm a little sore from the gardening yesterday after not doing it for awhile I have to get back in the "gardening " shape
30 minute walk with dog (and cat this morning). Not so sure we got much walking done, but many bend overs/squats to pick up the kitty & get him moving again.

LOL...good for the waistline, Evey!
No problem, Karla. SInce I didn't go to the gym, I had a few minutes to play online before I came into work this morning. I was surprised I was the first one "up"! Don't get used to it.
Happy Daylight Savings Time! Left home on the bike this morning in the dark for a 14 mile ride to work. I had my reflective vest and all the lights blazing and blinking. I have a generator built into the front wheel hub of the bike that lights up a 3 watt halogen bulb, so I use human powered power for my headlight instead of batteries. Got to work just after sunrise under blue sky and could already tell that today's another hot one around here. Have fun all and enjoy the sunlight evenings.
Got my 45 minute bike ride in today. I had to rest yesterday though because I was sooooo tired.
