Hi Jeannie and Judi and all those to follow!

It's been a rather tiresome night with DS having a little fever and a cough. He stayed at home with DH and now he's in his bed but not sleeping at all.

Breakfast: w/w bun with a slice of sausage (no butter)
Snack: 2 pieces of chocolate
Lunch: baguette with tuna and cheese - baked in oven
Snack: 3 pieces of chocolate how I love candy!

Okay, DS must get out of bed. See ya.

jeannie, Judi, and Diana good morning and happy Wednesday.

We might check out the super bowl for the commercials. I'm embarrassed to say my hubby and I don't even know who is playing.

Diana- I hope you son feels better today.

Just having coffee so far. I have a huge bowl of fruit on the kitchen table that I need to get through. I love fruit but I get a little crazy when it goes on sale and it's usually a big bag that I buy, lol. Looks like fruit salad for breakfast with some walnuts.

Good morning one and all.

Have to be a little quick this morning. I got a fake e-mail from a someone on my e-mail list. I wonder if I am dealing with a hacker because I have also received e-mails from myself that I didn't send. Supposedly she is in England and needs me to send her $2,500 because she lost her wallet. I am giving the information to our local sheriff to see if he can find out anything. I didn't leave it on my computer, but made a copy. I also sent an e-mail to her from my list to let her know she is being used this way so she can inform her friends too.

Oatmeal and sugar and margarine. I can't believe it but this seems to be working. Maybe I wasn't eating enough food before.

Does anybody have a widescreen TV. Mr. VA's brother's wife had just given him one and he was watching football when we went there for Christmas. The picture of the field was absolutely beautiful, but I would have been watching the travel channel. Lisa, I don't know who is playing either. I sometimes flick through the channels and stop at a good girls basketball game, but overgrown men chasing a little football just don't impress me.

Jeannie, I know you love it, so enjoy!

Izzy, most of those buffets have enough salt to fill the ocean. When you get your system cleaned out the weight will go too.

I just got a good supply of salt from some canned ham. I also had a cucumber and bread and coffee and milk and orange sherbet ice cream. I am just not in a fruity mood these days. I need to eat more fruits and vegetables. I will have to do your pictures another day. Our computer is slow as molasses today. I am doing a virus check while I post. When it gets slow like this I usually find tracking cookies.

Thanks for sharing the pictures Izzy.

jeannie- Your hubby must love the new TV. Forget about today. Tomorrow you can begin again. You have done fantastic so far.

NCN-Be careful opening any e-mails. And I'm sure you already know "never give out personal info even if they say it's from your bank or one of your accounts.

Tonight I had a falafel in a pita.
