NCN-you go girl!!!

Diana-it is so difficult when they're around 24/7-mine is and it isn't easy. Especially thru the long winters here. The stress is what's wearing you down too.

Jeannie-that day get yourself one. Picked out the perfect color for my dress and shoes.

Mr L has moved his doc appt up to tomorrow as he's having pain again-but he wanted baked beans last night-he just doesn't get it that certain foods will be a trigger. So guess who suffers-yep me!

Going out for dinner tonight. Will practice restraint!

I think the reason I have been trying to jump start is that I was thinking I am doing less now than I was when I was working and went on the WW Points before. I can't believe it is coming off again. I am using the maximum points too instead of saving 5 points a day to have a meal out.

We just got back from the grocery store and had a wonderful dinner.
Mesquite chicken breast
Texas toast
Salad of cucumbers, tomato, lettuce--about 3 cups
2 T. Olive Garden Dressing
Coffee and milk
1 Cup lemon sherbet ice cream topped with about 1/4 cup cool whip

I will probably have 1/2 cup of grape juice and diet ginger ale when I veg out on the sofa later.

Ohiogirl, it is all right to have a little chocolate. One candy kiss is only one point on WW. If you eat two candy kisses it goes to three points though. Just allow yourself one. You can do it and it will maybe stop the craving.

Forgot to mention that lunch was a large coffee and milk and HT samples of cookie, bite of breakfast bread with raisin, and an orange slice.

Don't we all know it! Mr. VA's nose started bleeding after he blew it this morning, so what does he do? He takes a hot shower! Ugh! It got all right when we went outside in the cold air to go to the car. I guess cold air is good for something. I hope the cold air is also killing a few fire ants.

NCN, that is fabulous the points are working for you and although I'm not consistent with them, you are inspiring me to try and keep at it. It really makes a big difference keeping track of what your eating.
