Good morning! Yes, I know I get a little carried away on this day but I can't help myself......So much going on within the next week, I just can't wait...starting with my daughter's party tomorrow. Just a handful of girls but will be fun, on Valentines Day, pizza, chocolate fondue, manicure and pedicure party. Might even treat myself. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a fabulous Friday everyone! Jeannie

I would imagine there are more parties going on in the Raleigh area. One other one may be a birthday too.

Izzy, I just did most of those exercises in my range of motion class. Is that why it makes me feel so much better?

I believe so.. it really relaxes you.

Also,if you massage your ears, tap your head, take all your fingers and massage your scalp. It really is great too!

Also use the left thumb and the little finger press the other hand between the thumb and the little finger, where they are joined for a few min. your pain wherever it is will be gone

Hi all. We went to Lenoir today and bought a trailer for our zero turn mower. The mower is 60 inches so a normal 5 foot trailer won't work. We found a 5 1/2 x 7 trailer. Very happy about that.

jeannie- The party sounds great.

NCN- Sounds like you are very busy,

Izzy- Thank you so much for that info. I'll have to try the one for headaches. I get those something fierce.

Judy- Try another store, lol. The sizes can even fit different in the same brand and size. It must be the quality of the manufacturing or something.

Cereal for breakfast.

Grilled cheese for lunch.

Soup for dinner.
