Good morning Diana and Judi. Cold and windy here. Spring is on it's way.

I had a little yogurt and fiber one. Egg whites and an orange in a little while.

I started off the day with some yummy strawberries. Although the homegrown ones are 20x as delicious, I can't wait until May!

Chicken for lunch, and probably for dinner too! Gotta try to squeeze a vegetable or two in there somewhere as well.

Good morning!! I'm new here but thought I would join in!
I am having pancakes for breakfast (its late so they will probably serve as my lunch too..lol). Fixing a nice roast for dinner (we've been doing the fish and chicken meals all week so its time!!), with potatoes and veggies.

Hard to tell when spring will be here. It snowed a bit yesterday morning, but, I am holding out hope that it will be soon!!!

Hope you all have a great day!

Good morning everyone including the new ones and anyone that stops by. The more the "merrier."
Starting out the day with a treet for me. Banana pudding! I counted all the points and made it with: banana
9 vanilla wafers
1 vanilla pudding cup
blob of cool whip
I am drinking my coffee and milk.

Dieting does not have to be boring all the time. Have you noticed the food tastes better when you don't eat as much?

Journey002 - welcome!

Snack: some jelly babies

Dinner: shared 2 slices of w/w bread with DS, had 1 chicken nugget (DS devoured the rest) and a small bowl of soup made from scratch.
