Lots of good new to read here. Judi, great news about hubby. Lisa, keep up the good work. The slower the weight comes off the more likely it will stay off. I haven't been on the scale lately and not ready to venture that yet. I've been counting points and doing fairly well with it. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Tuesday everyone! Jeannie

Default Tuesday's "does the sun exist" food journal

Good afternoon all!

Woke to a grey and rather rainy day again It's time spring got up and running. All the flower bulbs are already sprouting and flower beds start to get green again, so where is the sun?

Today I want to go and feed the ducks with DS. I hope it won't rain. If it rains he'll be put into his rubber boots and rain clothes and off we go nevertheless.

So what are your plans for this ugly Tuesday?

Breakfast: half a white wheat bun with plum jam
Snack: piece of chocolate
Lunch: 1 pork roll stuffed with ground meat / potatoe, carrots and red wine sour cream gravy
Snack: still have half a yogurt on my desk...

Morning all. I woke up with a killer headache so I am moving slow. It should improve as the day goes on.

Cereal and fruit so far.

Good morning. I had been sleeping too much and had trouble going to sleep last night. I see that as a good sign. I just got up about 1/2 hour ago. May call the doctor later though.

Just made a salad of tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, celery for Mr. VA and he is eating. He had already had breakfast, so I don't know exactly what I will eat. Whatever my stomach might like and not fuss about it.

Hope you all have a wonderful day. The sun is shinning brightly.

YLisa-hope your headache goes away soon!

NCN-might be a good idea.

Mr. L's home and we have plenty of new meds! Even blew the pharmacist's mind. Mine too as I have to keep a schedule.

I am going to stay in the house and throw things away.

Final decision on breakfast at lunchtime was small turkey dog and bun and cantalope and coffee and milk.

Hope he gets to wear his boots. I used to love to wear my boots. I liked them without shoes in them and a few pairs of socks instead. Shoes were a pain.

DS got to wear his rubber boots and jumped in all the puddles we could find on the way to the pond. Feeding ducks was fun. Afterwards he helped me prune our 3 hibiscus bushes.

Now he's in his bed crying his eyes out b/c he's afraid of the dark. Have to go...
