Good morning! The countdown is finally here. The first day of Spring along with my 11 year old's birthday. What a beautiful way to bring in the new season 12 years ago. Judi, how did everything go with Mr. "L"? I'm still hacking away, along with my daughter so I guess its just going to take awhile to clear up. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a wonderful Tuesday! Jeannie
Jeannie-doc called last evening and we can go but must pick up another antibiotic-he is on so many! We're getting a blizzard from 7AM this morning to tomorrow morning-so we're planning leaving Thurs.
Yesterday's lunch 17 Special K tomato/basil crackers.
A blizzard?? I hope this is the last of the snow for you Judi and you arrive back home to some beautiful Spring weather. Please tell Mr. "L" to take care and get well soon!!
Good night everybody. I slept in this morning. I really slept in this morning. It was almost 1 when I finally got up. I am doing my share of coughing. This is normal for me this time of year. I used to have to go to work and be a zombie. Now I get to rest when I need to. You can't sleep if you can't breathe. I am very rested now.
Today's food, but not in the order I ate it.
Fruit: Banana
Nectarine
1/2 cup grape juice with diet ginger ale
Meat: 6 slices ham
chicken dog
Bread: Hot dog bun
sugar cookie
Vegetables: Lots of salted shredded cabbage
sweet relish
Milk: 2 cups 1% milk--drank with 4 cups coffee
Fats: Mini Peter Paul Mound
one haystack candy
Exercised for 40 minutes in the aquatic center weight room on one machine. Used 160 calories and went 2 miles. I have no idea what that means. That machine is so confusing. Sometimes I use more calories and go a shorter distance??
