Jeannie there are no calories in Holiday cookies!!!!!!!!!!! Or Easter candy.

The old days of Easter always meant new clothes from underwear to spring coats, hats, gloves. A lot different now.

Didn't really eat last night.

This morning just yogurt.

Happy, hoppy Thursday all.

Good morning ladies.

Easter is almost here. I hope that means spring is right behind it, lol.

Judi- Didn't you go out to eat last night?

I just had 1/2 banana with peanut butter. I've been having a pepper and egg omelet stuffed in a ww pita for my lunches. Had to cut back on the carbs this week as I showed no weight loss. But I didn't gain.

Good morning friends, Jeannie, Lacey, Lisa, Diana, Izzy.

Judi, I think I will do the new clothes thing this year. It just makes the day so much more meaningful. When I was young and went to church on Easter Sunday, everything on my body was new and I mean everything. I don't know how my mother did it because we did not have a limitless supply of money and I am the youngest of five children living. My mother had eight children, but two were stillborn and one died at 4 years old. The fact that she did that for each one of us is still an example of her faith. She made sure we knew why we were wearing new clothes too.

Judi, how is Mr. L doing?

Jeannie, I guess you will be hiding a lot of Eggs this weekend. If it ends up in the house, don't forget where you put them or use plastic eggs. I could tell you some stories about this.

Coffee and milk
2 small slices canned ham
banana

Yes NCN, your right. The bunny hides the real eggs in the house and plastic ones outside filled with goodies. Usually by morning one of the cats finds at least one egg and has already made a toy out of it.

2 Bodies in Motion exercises...

breakfast...

oatmeal with sliced banana
water with lemons
supplements

Lisa, you probably just hit a plateau. Be patient, it will start to come off again. You are doing fabulous! Hows hubby doing with his goals?

Hi all back from surgeon and the news was more encouraging. As for now no surgery and they aren't 100% positive it's Crohn's and want another test and we go back next week. They are going to keep a close eye on him.

Lisa-yes we did but I just couldn't eat. Have a hiatal hernia and the stress has affted it pretty badly as my throat locks up and nothing will go down at times.
