Good morning! Yesterday was my day off from dieting and today is my day off from work and the kid's last day of EOGs. Hubby and I are volunteering today at my son's school to be proctors for the testing. I told them I would as long as I wasn't put in my son's classroom. My son was very pleased about that. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Thursday! Jeannie

Morning Jeannie-bet he was happy!!!

NCN what an adventurer you are! Sounds like a great day.

Having my yog and fruit as I type.

Dinner-I was up so early I made a big mac salad loaded with veggies and low fat Hellman's and will have boneless skinless bar-b-cued chicken thighs.

Happy Thursday all.

Good morning. I feel like a fraud being on the food journal lately. Just enjoying life and yes it was quite an adventure. In the area right before Peaks of Otter you drive on a zero mistake road. It is so scary rounding a curve and seeing blue sky and the road and a few trees and a scene below I could not look at and drive. My hands were so clamped to the steering wheel and so sweaty that I was afraid they had stuck there.

Lacy, one of the hikers was really fussing about our weather. He said that they had 11 days where it rained and that he had not started on the Southern end of the trail to walk in snow. LOL He said his wife kept up with the weather and would tell him when rain was expected, but it was not rain and then sometimes it was rain in 37 degrees. That's the mountains, right Lisa?

Coffee and milk and I think I will have another.
banana
2 cookies--yes, absolute fraud.

Dinner was baked breaded tilapia, turnip greens and hushpuppies with coffee and milk and followed by two more cookies.

Supper was a tomato sliced on two slices bread and coffee and milk and a few corn chips.

We spent today doing light housework such as laundry and recovering from yesterday.

This is one example of looking out and seeing air. This one has more space on the side than some of the places I drove. I used to drive by places like this and not even think about it. I think I was hungry yesterday and my blood sugar maybe made me anxious.
