Good morning! After working out on the treadmill for the first time, I'm just a tad sore this morning. Although I've been exercising at home, it seems I may have used a few muscles I hadn't for awhile. I'm treating myself to a personal trainer for 5 sessions who will also give me a few tips on diet just to give me a jump start. Our work-out/pool facility is a block away so this will make it easier. Daughter swims, I work-out. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Thursday! Jeannie

That's great Jeannie-share her tips with us okay?

Last night was a mediocre cheeseburger at Cheers and I didn't eat all of it.

Yog/fruit this morning.

Have to do a new jean run again! New ones falling off. I'll be opening a store soon.

well, I'm sure you look fabulous!

30 minutes on the treadmill...about 2 miles

breakfast...

oatmeal with sliced banana and soymilk
water with lemons
supplements

I am down one size too! I have to work on my tummy more. still a little pudgy. feeling better!

Izzy, that is great! No new me yet. Hopefully in 4 weeks from now. The tummy area is a tough one Izzy, I struggle with that also.

Lunch was 1% cottage ch and salad.

Dinner will be pepper n egg subs, fries for Mr. L and salad w/mine.
