Good morning! As some of us have had much on their plate lately, I can only pray for better days ahead for some of you. Life certainly has its ups and downs. Today is my last day for posting and I will return to the food journal on Tuesday, July 7th. I'll try and pop in when I can. Work today, gym tonight. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far......happy Tuesday! Jeannie

Hi Jeannie and Judi and all those to follow.

I'm sorry to hear that some of you have quite a hard time. Sending hugs and wishes that everything will be sunny again soon!

It's been a busy few days and I didn't take the time to check in.

DS is back to the kids since yesterday and he's having a hard time getting used to it again. He clung to me this morning, crying like crazy that I shouldn't go to work. My heart was bleeding. I'll pick him up early today and we'll go to the beach and play in the sand. Only two more weeks till our vacation, I hope he gets used to the day nursery soon again.

1 pretzel stick for breakfast
spaghetti w/ some kind of goulash for lunch
yogurt w/ poppy seeds and marzipan

Need to go!

Hugs are good, even if they are cyber hugs.
Jeannie, have a well deserved vacation and don't get sunburned.

Lacey, hope the day has good surprises.

Diana, remember that is just his way of letting you know he will miss you. He probably stopped crying a minute after you left, but yes, it would tear me up too. Here's your hug.

Coffee and milk
banana, minus the bad spot on it.
2 strawberry eggo waffles

A big hug for everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

The banana pops are the best. I almost ate the whole package the day I did that.

Went to the beach with DS. It's hard to keep him out of the water. It was only the second really warm day today so the water is still quite cold. But you all know how the kids can be

Snack: chocolate / vanilla icecream
Dinner: two small pieces of salami pizza

Off to my sportsclass. Instead of step aerobic I'm going to take them out for a bike tour through the woods.

Hugs
Diana

Hi all-pretty cool here-more like Oct. than June 30th.

Picked up a rotesserie chicken, made fresh spin salad and will have some and make chicken salad w/celery and grapes for tomorrow.
