Good morning all. Wow do the weeks fly by for all of you or just me?

We did get out for awhile last evening and it was nice to sit and chat, share a few drinks with folks and eat some wings (3). They weren't as good as usual-maybe I was too anxious.

Breakfast was yog n fruit.
Lunch-?
Dinner-may be scrambled eggs and ham/toast.

It is cold here. Temp's 50, wind 30MPH and temps only going to 60.

Lacey, that sounds like November here. I have got to travel where you are some day. There has to be some benefits. Maybe not being 80 or 90 would be good. LOL

Coffee and milk
banana
2 eggo waffles

I am almost back to normal. If I get out today, we may celebrate Mr. VA's last week of pay. From now on we are totally retired until I get to 66 when I can make all I want to which is just 2 1/2 years. I will either be rareing to go or I will be satisfied to live on a budget. I have no idea which it will be. I think we will do fine on our retirement and SS checks, but if we don't have any more weird financial situations in the USA we should at least be all right for 2 1/2 years. My mother lived to be 85 and I just don't see me messing around for 20 years. I want to travel some before my 66 birthday and then maybe use my real estate broker's license in some form or fashion.

I think I will go boil some eggs. That sounds good. Bet you didn't have bread with it. I may just fry some egg whites. Decisions, decisions. My only restriction is that I can only lift 20 pounds and that is driving me nuts. How do you know what something weighs, which basically leaves me lifting very little. I hope to get rid of this restriction on the 24th. Until then you will probably see more of me than you want to.

Morning snack was 9 tortilla chips and salsa with coffee and milk.

The air conditioner is going full blast, so I figure it is really hot out there.

Friday88° / 70° Saturday86° / 64° Sunday86° / 68° Monday82° / 67

Our low is really what I would prefer our high to be. LOL

It took about 10 years for me to get used to this heat. Now I just take out a beach umbrella and work under it.
