Good morning! A very busy day yesterday and an early bed time to follow. My husband feels my son should not miss his practice as all the boys will be getting their equipment tonight, tomorrow will be their first contact practice. I'm going to try and make an appearance at the BBQ with my daughter tonight. So, whats on your schedule for today? Looking at the weather report for this weekend, my son will be playing football in close to 100 degrees. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy, happy Friday! Jeannie

Hi Jeannie! I wouldn't want to practice in 80°F but 100°F?!?!?! Oh boy... I guess you'll be having much fun at the bbq tonight.

Today is grocery shopping day. I wish I could leave DS at home with a babysitter but there's no one available. He can be a real pain in the a** while running through the supermarkets.

Breakfast-the same

Dinner-breaded pork chops, baked sweet pots., zucchini.

Happy Friday all.

Dinner: half a slice of w/w bread with a wee bit of magarine and a slice of low fat ham + 1 tomatoe + some slices of cucumber + a small piece of Gouda cheese

Off to bed now. Got an exhausting weekend infront of me...

Take care all and enjoy the weekend.

Good evening. I got up late and had to get dressed immediately. I spent 2 1/2 hours in the weight room and it knocked me out. We then went to the bank and then home where I steamed cabbage and turkey italian sausage and we had hushpuppies with it.

Breakfast was the normal for me.
Cofee and milk
banana
2 eggo waffles

Izzy, isn't it bad that the good things are almost always bad for you?!?! I love rice along with Chinese or other Asian food and just cannot resist!

I think brown rice is better, but you need to soak it for a while. I don't like the instant ones, they taste terrible!
