Thanks Jeannie for always starting this in the morning....that is diligence!

Welcome Ayla and Shannon.
Ayla I agree with the white-flour carbs. I cut out all bread from my diet and I think that is why I am finally dropping some weight.

Also I have stopped eating a fiber bar a day....it was making me bloat.

Hey Lacey.....I know you from the real estate thread, that I never get on because I can never keep up with. Glad Mr. L is doing better.

Breakfast -
egg whites, with 2 pieces of turkey ham and a couple mushrooms.
I put 4 green olives in it too ( I love those). Didn't realize they were so high in fat. 2.5 grams in 5 small olives.

mid morning -
yogurt with 1/2 banana

lunch -
salad with 1 piece of turkey. spray dressing

mid afternoon - will probably be 7 triscuits with a piece of turkey.

Dinner...not sure.

Seems I eat the same thing day after day...but posting on here makes me accountable.

1 more pound and I will be in the next 10 numbers. I hope to lose 15 more.

Hey, aiangel, welcome!

Chickrae...glad you're back from your trip!

Not quite lunch time and I've got the 'munchies', so I'm having 1/2 C. of Archer Farms (Target) high fiber cereal, dry. (1pt.) It's not too bad actually!

Later...

hi carmac <waves>

1/2 chicken and biscuit with 1/2 cup coffee breakfast

chicken salad sandwich lunch

(I know, terrible, I told you guys I needed help!)

for dinner I've come up with:

Three-Cheese Chicken Penne Pasta Bake

it has less than 500 calories 14 grams total fat, 6 sat fat

a salad with vinaigrette

does this seem to be a good choice?

My breakfast is the usual: Wholegrain toast with jelly and tea with milk and sugar.

Lunch? - probably a salad with a little ham, eggs, cauliflower, ground bacon, chickpeas, sunflower seeds (maybe black olives), Ranch dressing. If I stick to this diet, I will lose weight as I did some years back.

carmac, if you try the vanilla soymilk by Silk, it is very rich and creamy.

Hi there, forgot to welcome you. I think we were posting at the same time.
Hey we are all here to help. If I didn't have this thread to be accountable too, not sure what I would do.
I count w.watcher points and it seems to work. I am thinking about doing it online, but I don't know seems to be working without paying for that.
a salad with vinaigrette

It's all about calories in and calories out. That's why I like writing everything down that I eat. It makes me think twice about taking bites here and there of everything.
