Good morning! My day off from work has arrived and that much close to the weekend. Today a little cleaning and laundry, the post office, maybe the gym and tonight is football practice. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Thursday! Jeannie

Good morning all-we are here in NJ-got here early yesterday. Great trip. Mr. L's doing so well and hope it continues.

I was pretty good foodwise most of the trip til Tues. night in PA and I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and onion rings-OMG was so worth being a pig.

Last night we had chicken parm pizza and I had one slice.

Grands were thrilled to see me and said "wow-we're going have good home cooked food!"

Breakfast will be out as DD's cleaning lady comes today-so poached eggs.

Hugs all.

God morning ladies.

Jeannie- That's a great song.

Judi- So glad you made it safely and I'm glad Mr. L is doing well.

Izzy- Good morning.

Yogurt so far and 1 cup of balck coffee.

I'm at the library now so I'm thinking brunch when I get home. Eggs whites, with leftover ham steak and 1/2 ww pita with some cantaloupe.

Dinner is hot dogs for hubby. Not sure if I will have one or not. I probably shouldn't. We'll see.

HI all,
Carmac said I should come and check out this area since I am dieting and I should have some accountability!! so here I am!! well, I can't seem to give up my french vanilla creamer. (tried black tried just sugar) yuck!! so as bad as it is i'm gonna stick with it.I have 2 cups every morning! today I will probably have a few mixed nuts to get me through to lunch and then I think i'm gonna just have a chicken breast and a small salad with it. then, I work tonight so i won't be able to eat so that's probably all i will do for the day. thanks for letting me share

Cutting out all white-flour carbs, using very little sugar (fruit and sugar only for tea), eating less, still allowing for some good fats and never eating carbs and fats at the same meal. Makes all the difference.

Happy Thursday ladies...

Welcome Aylalou!

Shannon I'm glad you decided to give this a try...this is a great group...you'll like it here!

Judi...glad you are in NJ safely and that Mr. L is doing well...have a great time and enjoy your vacation!

Lisa...you gave me an idea about having hot dogs for dinner...I know you like them like I do...I think that's what I'll make. I get the Oscar Mayer 98% Fat Free...and honestly, I can't tell much of a difference.

Jeannie...don't work too hard on your day off! Have fun at football practice! What is soymilk like? I really need to try and give up my French Vanilla Creamer!

NCN...how is the foot today?

Izzy...good morning!

So far this morning I've had my one cup of 'killer coffee'...and like Shannon, it's hard to give up the French Vanilla Creamer...that's why I only have 1 cup! I've also had a plout and some grapes.

Lunch will be fish with veggies, and hot dogs for dinner!

Have a great day...

Later...
