Good morning! Never got back here yesterday and after 4 1/2 miles on the treadmill last night, I overdid it at dinner. Hopefully I broke even. Today I'm home with some cleaning and laundry, haircuts and food shopping after school and then football practice. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Thursday! Jeannie

so far just coffee.....planning to do good today no cheating only problem is that i don't have time to fit in my exercising so i'm gonna hopefully do it tonight when i get off work at about 10pm..if i have the energy

I can add though that my resting pulse rate has dropped quite a bit since re-adding exercise into my week.

I read an article in Prevention that said if you can keep your resting heart rate below 80 beats per minute you lower your chances for diabetes and various other things!

have a great day all

Yummie, that sounds mouthwatering!!!

Jeannie, your day sounds like it has at least 48 hours! So much to do

I've been pretty busy today myself. Left work early (at 2.30 p.m.) to drive to the customs office and clear some goods we imported from China. Then to the doc to get my weekly shot against my allergies (this was the third shot and I need 4 more).
Afterwards home, then off with DS and my granny to pick up my grampa from the hospital. I just dropped my grandparents off at their home which is in our street lol and headed with Miguel to our friends for a quick visit and to pet their new Labrador baby Jack.

That only left us time to play in the tub and lie on the sofa and watch the sandman (?).

Breakfast:
1 piece of flaky pastry with a little chocolate
1 slice of white wheat toast with chicken breast salad

Lunch:
1 piece of flaky pastry with a little chocolate
2 sandwiches out of the sandwich press (4 slices of white wheat toast )

Dinner:
Nothing yet and I'm not hungry.

Will do some ab work b/c I haven't done that in ages
I also need to do some packing b/c I'll go on a weekend trip with DH tomorrow afternoon.

Have a great day, girls.
It's already 7.40 p.m. and I won't be up much longer today

Hi there everyone.
I missed a couple days but I still ate well. It was my anniversary yesterday and believe it or not, we didn't go out to eat. I was afraid to because I didn't want to be tempted

breakfast
2 egg whites with 2 turkey bacon strips, a few mushrooms

mid morning -
partially frozen yogurt with a peach

lunch -
salad with chipolte chicken

mid afternoon -
an apple with 1 tables spoon peanut butter. I didn't realize it but 2 tablespoons of the reduced fat peanut butter is still 3.80 points...dang I am giong to dip it in fat free carmel or have it plain. That's why I only had one tablespooon.

dinner i don't know.
I am going to be on city data alot more, maybe I won't have time to eat lol
Oh and guess what. I am down 11 pounds. 10 more to go. It is so nice to be able to fit in these pants I bought at Ross over a year ago in hopes I could fit in them comfortably....and now I can.

Hope everyone is having a great day.

Hi guys, yup I'm late...

been a very busy day for me. Was in serious office mode today.

breakfast: 1/2 slice bacon, 1 scrambled egg and 1/2 canned biscuit no butter or even my jelly!
coffee

lunch was a bowl of chicken noodle soup because I had to go to school to get my son who was running fever. He had chicken noodle soup, so I did too.

dinner was huge as far as what I cooked....butter beans, fried minute steak, fresh slaw, fresh okra and cornbread....with pickles of course

I did well, just a spoon of butterbeans, 1/4 piece of meat, slaw, 4 actual little nibbles of okra and corn..oh yeah forgot to put corn on the top....NO BREAD>>..

it is raining cats and dogs once again here, think to morrow might be chili...nope dh just said pinto beans, so that means ham with it.

Hey Shannon...that's a pretty interesting and important actually about the resting heart rate...maybe I should spend less time on CD and start reading my Prevention magazine!!

Today was hectic...had a Dr. appt., so ate out a couple of times...but ate pretty healthy.

See you all tomorrow!
