Good morning! Here we are on the 1st day of October. Although this cough is still here and I'm not 100%, going to get on the treadmill this morning, even if just to walk. I'm hoping that will get this cold moving in the right direction...out of me. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Thursday! Jeannie

Good morning everyone! October is here!

Jeannie get better quick! we have more fall weather coming!

Decided to lay off coffee for a while. Drinking more herb tea

Having a boiled egg with some green pepper and chopped mushrooms

Good morning everyone..

Jeannie, I hope you get feeling better soon. It always seems like the cough after a cold lasts forever!

Lacey...I had the brain-fog yesterday...our electricity was out for 12 hours and I didn't have my morning coffee when I woke up! Grrrr...

Izzy...although it's supposed to warm up here today, I think our 100+ weather is over hopefully!

So far this morning, all I've had is my coffee...I'll get back with you all...

Good morning ladies on this beautiful October 1st day.

I hope you feel better Jeannie. I went to the gym today so I feel I started off well.

Breakfast 1/2 c Fiber 1 cereal, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c milk

snack fruit or yogart.

lunch ?

dinner. grilled chicken, salad, italian dressing, veggies

For all of you...a wish a blessed day.

ladybee, I was right behind you. Somehow I managed 5 1/4 miles on the treadmill. Tired but feeling glad I went.

breakfast...

oatmeal with fresh blueberries and soymilk

made my daily jug of water with lemons
supplements

Now time for house cleaning.

I had lunch with Miss ladybee...we went Italian for the buffet!

Had a salad, but dipped my fork in the salad dressing instead of slathering it on.

2 small cups of soup

I slice of pizza

Good food, good company, nice afternoon!

Dinner will be cut up fresh veggies, 1/2 cup of pasta and sliced deli turkey with 2 Tablespoons of Gino's East (Chicago) Italian House Dressing.

WOW! THATS GOOD, I HAVEN'T DONE THAT YET. I ONLY HAVE 2 1/2 MILES. GOOD FOR YOU. YOU SHOULD BE TIRED AND PROUD.

Ladybee and Carmac that was a nice reunion! I'd love to meet with you guys one of these days!

Way too hot today! it was over 90+,now it's around 85 at almost 7pm!

Lunch was a chicken burger,but just half a bun,iced tea

Dinner just had some non fat cottage cheese,some parts of yogurt,chopped nuts and a banana.
