A big mountain of chlothes is lying in my living room waiting to be ironed. I guess that's my relaxing work along with a new episode of Desperate housewifes before I go to bed.
Izzy, get rid of the guilt, it will add 5 pounds. LOL I know because I have been there and done that.
Breakfast was coffee and milk and vanilla yogurt. I wolfed it down and got dressed to go to the aquatic center and did somewhere between 1 1/2 to 2 hours of water exercises and then soaked my bones in the hot tub, steam room and sauna for just a few minutes each.
Then we did a couple of errands and returned home to have Baked breaded fish, hushpuppies, coleslaw, a banana and a mini ice cream sandwich and did not feel one bit of guilt, because it was within my point allowance.
Then I had 4 slices of whitewheat and vegetable slices with the rest of my coffee and milk from lunch.
Then I had a Nature Valley Peanut Bar and another cup of coffee and milk and called it a day.
