Lunch...terryaki chicken over rice.

Dinner...Lisa's Oven Fried Zucchini & 1/2 C mashed Sweet Potatoes.

Happy Birthday 97 year old Mom. Love that.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon, toast and coffee and strawberry preserves.
Lunch a banana
Dinner was large egg noodles with canned chicken pieces and cream of mushroom casserole. I was testing a recipe for Monday night when we feed the Veteran's. Add cole slaw and coffee and milk to that.

I think I will add cream of chicken to the cream of mushroom and use garlic sprinkles on top before putting it in the oven to blend. I have a package of frozen peas that may find its way into the casserole too.

Happy Birthday to Ladybee's mom!! Wow!

I had a good time at the Realtors meeting, about 1/3 of them were dressed, some were too funny! I will post pic on Saturday for Halloween
Had coffee and fruit and half a bagel with cream cheese

At noon I went to Hometown Buffet, they have a $5.99 soup and salad. I think HB is only in certain areas. I go there when I just need some salads.

Having a yogurt for dinner with some nuts in it.
