Wow 6 trash bags not counting shoes and boots. Tags on lots but loys of "big" sizes that I feel so glad to be rid of. I am now opening a "hanger store".

Hi all!

Your right Izzy, it is a control thing for me. Gotta let go. Back to the gym this morning and 5+ miles on the treadmill followed by some upper body workout.

breakfast...

oatmeal with 1/4 banana and soymilk

water with lemons throughout the day
supplements

snack...

apple

lunch...

vanilla non fat yogurt with flaxseed and Grapenuts

now for a haircut...

Lot's of clothes I took out too yesterday,Me and Lacey need to get together to get a truck!

After I had breakfast,I had to run around all day,missed my lunch,drove to many places to hurry up on stuff. finally went to Denny's at 4pm. Had a Grill cheese sandwich,some fruit on the side,a slice of pumpkin pie,dd not eat the crust or the cream on top. That is my dinner too.

Get back to the routine tomorrow. good nite,tired too.

For dinner I had an apples with two tablespoons peanut butter.
I also had a skinny cow ice cream. Just didn't feel like eating anything big.

Well Zumba wore me out tonight and since I only got 3 1/2 hours sleep lastg night...........I am beat.
