Good morning ladies and friends.

Izzy I think mine was that too! Now that you know-did he give you Clarinex prescription? It works.

I was still full last night at dinner so I had a little dollop of cottage cheese and spinach salad. Mr. L was thrilled with his pasta and clam sauce and that's his lunch today.

Think my angels in NJ are rally snowed in. I worried so yesterday as my DD is an EMT and they were all called in for multiple car accidents. Therefore the stress and onion rings.

Breakfast-yog/fruit
Lunch-Cottage ch/avocado
Dinner-Italian sausage and pepper subs, fries for Mr. L.

Get wraping-time's running out.

I am being so good today. I certainly understand the stress about family members safety. Those EMT's are just special people. I was so impressed with them last year when Mr. VA had his seizure. They go into situations and act in seconds to save lives. It has to be a person who thinks on their feet to be able to do that.

We are staying in again today. I am about to get cabin fever and it is just beautiful, but probably cold outside. I am going to water exercises tomorrow if I can walk. I need to see other people. Mr. VA said I could go to church by myself, but I preferred to watch First Presbyterian of Charlotte with him. The pastor there invites the TV audience to be part of their service and I felt a part today.

Good choices today. Hope I can keep it up.
Coffee and milk
yogurt
banana

Flounder breaded baked fillet
coleslaw
3 hushpuppies
Couple bites of candied yams when I was checking to make sure they tasted right for Mr. VA.
Coffee and milk

I am about to have an apple and coffee and milk. Hope I can find a basketball game with some college I know playing. I don't really care for pro sports. The college teams change their players more often. I think it is boring to watch the same people play from year to year.

"Where the snow never stops!" Lacey, I like that. I get so homesick when Wilkes County gets 12 inches of snow and we get cold rain. Cold rain is miserable weather. If we don't get that we usually get sleet and freezing rain. I can't even remember our last good snow. Mr. VA was working and almost had to stop and get a hotel, but there are no hotels in Weddington. There is a big hill in Weddington and he almost did not make it up that hill, but he did. He is very experienced at driving in snow.
