Achy knees woke me up again-must be spring thaw and dampness. Lots of coffee today.

Surgeon at noon for a follow-up x-ray and visit.

Week from tomorrow our angels will be here.

Roasted chicken with loads of garlic cloves was so good that's it's also for tonight.

Breakfast-the usual.
Lunch-cottage cheese.
Dinner-the chicken and black beans n rice.

Hope my eyes stay open today-LOL.

I keep falling asleep on the sofa and then my sleep pattern is messed up. I didn't want to be around anyone today because if they started singing Obama's praises, I am not sure I would be able to control myself.

Things like this are just usually something I can just look over, but I think our country has been destroyed of life as we know it. I don't understand how anyone could think that is all right let alone good. Of course I thought my health care was set for the rest of my life and now it looks like we are going to have to pay out big for it. I hope it is not as bad as I think it might be.

I know we are not supposed to fret about it, because God has always taken good care of us, but this is just plain nuts. I had always lived with the possiblilty that we might some day have to downsize some assets if health got really bad, but that I would not be able to get health care when it is needed was not a concern.

Sorry, I just can't think about food today.

Glad for your good news, Judi.

NCN-Mr. L is retired military, we were promised free care for life if he stayed 22+ years which he did-rumor has it it's going away and will be $6K a year. This is from a Pres who disrespects the military, has never served and always been on the receiving end. Remember in November.

I can't dwell on it as we just got healthy here but I am more worried about my kids and grands.

Please let me know whether we should close down-things are not the same.
