Diane, your English is just fine. The way I murder the English language, I can imagine what mistakes I could make with German. You have only confused me one time a year or so ago when you were talking about buying a new wardrobe and I thought you had bought all new clothes because you had lost weight. Besides you caught the word difference yourself. I actually thought it was neat talking "country" like that. You heah! lol
LOL, NCN, I remember the wardrobe mistake. Now I know what you guys mean with that word. Language can be so confusing. Even more so when you don't see the people you talk to and cannot amend mistakes right away. I'm glad I found this forum b/c I can keep practicing.

Wardrobe was not a mistake. It was just a word that is used in more than one way and I hadn't heard it used for a piece of furniture in years. We used to use wardrobes to put clothes in, but have mostly gone to closets. My sister moved back home with us after her husband died and she got a wardrobe to store her clothes because I already had the closet full.

I was just really excited for you that you were getting all those new clothes. Judi has done that several times now.
