Hi. I have just a simple question:

Which theme park is "better" i.e. more rides, larger, Six Flags Over Texas or Hurricane Harbor? We're planning a trip next month & this info would help.

Thx!

Six Flags has all the "rides". Hurricane Harbor is a water park so significantly less rides (water slides) with a huge wave pool.

Six Flags has the rides. HH has the water. Would be great if you could do both. Dress for HOT HOT weather if you go to 6 flags. However they do have portable A/C's at the line turnstyles that help.

Keep driving until you get to some other amusement park. Six Flags is dreadful. Terrible foods, terrible lines, terrible attitude.

I agree with the terrible lines but I disagree with terrible food and attitude. It's a theme park what were you expecting.

That's what I thought until I visited the Disney parks. It was a revelation; theme parks don't have to be disgusting, smelly, poorly-maintained cesspools filled with miscreants.
