Deck park is under construction and so is City Arts Hall...apartments are being finished next to One Arts Plaza - if you get on a higher floor you can see the new Calatrava bridge arch about to be topped off..

Oh, more buildings and construction. Not surprised, but the demographics more than likely have remained the same.

Are you refering to the demographics of Dallas? Those change drastically every few years. Upper-middle class rush uptown and downtown, Mexicans rush the rest of the city, other whites, blacks, and Asians leave.

Thats the going trend.

I was more refering to the dempgraphics of the CBD and surrounding areas. Uptown, seems to be halfway doing alright for itself but places like CBD and Victory are the concern.
