I came across a new development in the M Streets area off of Matilda called Hudson Street Townhomes South. Any knowledge about this property?

ReginaSMU - Since you work in Plano, have you thought about Carrollton? Check out Quail Creek Townhomes. (*Josey/Hebron) I used to live there (5 years) until we got married and had a baby. It's a newer community. I made several friends while living there. It's a combo single/retire(50-60) community, but more singles live there. I actually have a friend that is trying to sell her townhome (they just had their 2nd baby). If you're interested, you could save on closing costs if you were to handle it between each other and not through a realtor. Her house is around +1800sq(?), 3br, 3bth. They do have an HOA that take cares of everything. It is the most conveient place to live! You are literally minutes away from 35, 121, GB and DT!! This community is right next to Moore Farms ($400+). Beautiful area.
