Hi all! My husband and I both accepted jobs in the 75039 zip code. We are hoping to find a home, townhome, or condo that is 1200+ sq feet WITH a yard (postage side private yard is fine!) within 5-10 miles of our offices, at 114 and O'Connor. We do not know the area well, but we'd like to rent and pay 1300-1850 a month until we figure out what area we'd like to buy a house in. Any help in the Irving / Las Colinas / Valley Ranch / Coppell area would be very appreciated!

just drive on Riverside Dr towards SH161. After you pass Royal Ln, You will see La Villita on your right and Riverside Village (further down) on your left. You will find very affordable apts, condos, or maybe single family houses there.

There are some townhomes and houses that should work.
There are townhomes in 75039 and there are some places in Valley Ranch and Coppell that should work.
