Hello everyone,

Can anyone recommend a home inspector for my soon-to-be completed home in Las Colinas? What qualifications should I look for?

. . . does the home inspector also need to be familiar with the building codes particular to this area?

I just had my home that I am purchasing inspected by Richard Rushing. I thought he did a great job. Because I am out of state and couldn't be there the day of the inspection, he took the time to talk to me about everything for more than an hour. His report provided was very professional and detailed. I thought his price was fair to competitive.
