We are torn between these two communities. We're looking for a home we could stay for at least 5 years. We want a family-friendly neighborhood, great schools and access to shopping.

Dominion at Panther Creek- We love the homes by Darling Homes. Any thoughts about this community though?

The Landing at Waterstone - All homes are built by Pulte. Any experiences, thoughts about them? They are a little bit more expensive than what we liked at the Dominion but the lot size are larger.

Of these two, which one do you think would hold a better value in the future? Any other communities we should consider close by with a price range of $350k?

Thanks!!!
