How did this six-year old post asking about where to live turn into a debate about how childfree couples are good or bad? All she wanted was advice on where to live.

Some new poster @ justneededtovent (post#109) revived it, rest of the talk points originated from his post. Bottom line, there is no absolute way to look at any thing and that's what makes humans interesting.

I live in a townhome community in McK and it is mostly empty-nesters, and a few young singles and married couples. Some pre-schoolers, and only a few school age kids. It can change summers and weekends if grandchildren are visiting. Overall it is a good way of staying clear if kids if your job is located far from Deep Ellum/Lower Greenville/Colleyville/Flower Mound/Coppell and the like.

That's so funny. I was going to recommend a townhown community bc a lot of empty nesters I know downsize to them.
