At least no one so far has made the "spend-it-on-a-flat-screen" argument. Never really understood that one. When people look back on their lives, what's more memorable -- material objects or treasured experiences?
Hey if you got tickets to be INSIDE the Dome...than cograts to you.

When does that kick off?

I've seen two Stanley Cup Championship games in person and even more playoff hockey games than I can remember and tons of milestones set by some of the top players in the sport in the last 15 years. I saw the Rangers beat the Yankees to clinch the playoff in the World Series (AWESOME GAME) as well as All-Star baseball and hockey games. Hubby saw the Cowboys beat SF Niners back in the 90's in the NFC Championship (I had 2 tickets to the game and told him he could go w/ a friend and I'd stay home w/ the newborn). I LOVE live sports............ however, even my Stanley Cup tickets did not cost as much as what JJ is charging for standing room only OUTSIDE of the stadium. And my seats are in the lower deck, blue line and VIP parking. Sure, football usually commands a higher price tag than some sports....... still........ for JJ...... not gonna do it. Oh, and all those other games I got to see in person or hubby cost us nothing but time

Actually I agree..But what about the "spend-in-on-a-Party-Sub"argument? I mean C'mon, who doesn't want a sub that is basically three subs in one.

adding all the extra seats inside and outside is not about money-- it is about bragging rights
since Jerry's team is not playing in this Super Bowl--like anyone really thought they had a chance to start with since Jerry did not fire Cuddles two years ago--this is all about having the max number of attendance that will let him have the "biggest bowl" past, present, future...

it is really just sad...

Everyone keeps referring to Jerry, but the NFL decided to add seats inside and not remove the arm rests in the existing seats. The NFL decided to sell tickets to the outdoor plazas.
