Well I can tell you that Realtors in the 80s didn't walk after drinking! The Lakewood Merrill Lynch Realty office was in the same building as Genaro's Tropical (now Molly Maguire's) and even shared the same bathrooms. Happy Hour every day at the hottest place in Dallas!

Thanks Ryan - you should meet us at Times Ten http://www.timestencellars.com/home_dallas.html (broken link) some night - I really can walk home from there!

Lakewood is 75214 and M-Streets is 75206 (Hollywood Heights 75223) - can't help myself...

I know I know-if you really want to be specific-the M streets are a bit yuppy for Lakewood.

Next time I head down there with Jessica (my wife) or anybody else, I'll send you a DM. Even better, if I have clients that are interested in what Lakewood has to offer-I'm bringing them to meet you there!

Check Bridlewood SD & Tour 18 in FM. Both have golf courses. Bridlewood has houses ranging from 300K to 1M and Tour 18 is generally 1M+.
