Was it just me, or did the sound suck? I've heard songs in church with a better sound system than that.

The whole halftime show was pretty lame. I'm not a big fan of the long, drawn out halftime show to begin with and when you add in the Blackeyed Peas it's a massive power-down for me.

I thought the show was awesome. Far better than The Who and definitely better than Bruce Springsteen. The visuals were excellent. We had it way up on surround sound and we enjoyed it. I was just happy the organizers didn't book a country band by default. Whatever. I am so glad this is all over now. I got so sick of hearing about it.

I gave you rep. I loved the show. I was so sick of the Springsteens, and McCartney's. My 3yo loved it too. Not to mention Usher is my hero lol.

I enjoyed the half-time show. And it was a game too. Glad GB won...

Well, I wasn't really talking about the performers, more the sound quality. It sounded like they were cutting out and there was no bass.

I don't know about the sound quality. We were at a bar. But the halftime show in general was terrible. I actually own the Black Eyed Peas' album on MP3 and like it, but that type of music is terrible live and they have no talent. Might as well have been four random people doing karaoke up there.

You have to be crazy to think that type of stuff is better than a Paul McCartney halftime show. At least he has real talent.

Oh, and Christina butchered the national anthem. I'm not sure why people can't just sing the damn thing how it's supposed to be sung. It's not supposed to be an audition for American Idol and you're not supposed to make up your own melody. I'd rather have a brass quartet or something just get up there and play the anthem with a little class.

I was at the game so I can't speak to the sound quality on tv, but I thought it was pretty entertaining in person. Everyone around us seemed to enjoy it too.
