What are your thoughts on Physician Assistants ? Any ideas of what types of opportunities are there for PAs out here in TX ? Is TX 'PA Friendly'. Someone close to me had asked and I wasn't sure.

Apparently, it is PA friendly! (You do mean like, nurse practitioner, don't you?) My previous physician has about 4 PA's on his staff. He has gotten heavily into teaching and they are seeing most of the patients.
