Hello All;
Does anyone have any recommendations for car mechanics in and around Coppell? We usually go to Firestone but would like to know if there are other alternatives.
Thanks, Amit

Just north of Coppell along 3040 in Lewisville is Driver's Edge. Also, I have good luck a place called Goodyear Macarthur-121 tire and auto. They do a great job and are fairly reasonable. They have never attempted to sell me anything I don't need and are fast. They are closed Sundays and close around 4p on Saturdays. Another place to try so you can get 3 quotes if needed is "Coppell Tire and Auto". I used to go there until their rates went up.

Good Luck. It is a bit cheaper to drive just a few miles north of Coppell where things in Lewisville tend to be better value for the service.

Which car do you have?

The mechanics at Sam's Club have told me horror stories about Firestone & I give them a wide berth. Agree with CatLuvr that you will find better value-for-money alternatives outside Coppell.

Thanks all. I called "Goodyear" and they appear to be more reasonable. I was also told good things about Christian Brothers in Lewisville too. Any opinions.
BTW: I have a Ford Explorer.
